My classes are fun, informative and always delicious!
No equipment is necessary - I provide all tools. Classes are for ages 16+ unless otherwise noted in the class description. Attending students are not permitted to bring additional guests unless they have purchased a ticket.
Vintage Valentine Cake Decorating Class
February 6, 7pm, Montclair, NJ
Come join us at Oh! Canary in Montclair as we guide you through assembling and decorating an elegant lambeth-style heart cake. This trendy style of cake design will teach you the basics of buttercream piping and how to create layers of texture for beautiful cake fit for romance season. I’ll be sharing my tips & tricks for color mixing and creating cakes with sharp edges and delicious fillings. At the end of this workshop, you'll take home your own elegantly decorated layer cake to share and enjoy!
Family Cupcake Decorating Class
February 13, 5pm, South Orange, NJ
Join us at Craft Club Studio in South Orange, NJ for this fun & festive, beginner-friendly cupcake decorating class for kids and their grown-ups! During this one hour class, kids will work with their grown-up partners to each decorate their own 6 pack of cupcakes, featuring adorable Valentine's Day designs! Kids will be able to play and have fun with pastry bags, icing and decor, while enjoying bonding time with their favorite adult.
GAL-entine’s Cupcake Decorating Class
February 12, 6:30pm, Verona, NJ
Come join us at Headshot + Brand Bar in Verona, NJ, for our annual GAL-entine’s Day gathering! For this 1 hour class, we encourage you to gather your tribe and join us in a night of creativity with cupcakes! Each attendee will learn the basics of cupcake decorating, including how to properly use and fill pastry bags, how to pipe frosting using common piping tips and how to create beautiful finishes. Everyone will leave the party with a cupcake 6 pack of their own creation. Come celebrate love with the ladies this Valentine’s Day!
