My classes are fun, informative and always delicious!
No equipment is necessary - I provide all tools. Classes are for ages 16+ unless otherwise noted in the class description. Attending students are not permitted to bring additional guests unless they have purchased a ticket.
Gingerbread House CAKE Decorating
December 19, 7pm, South Orange, NJ
This holiday season join us at Craft Club Studio in South Orange, where we will be flipping the script on the classic gingerbread house and making it out of delicious CAKE! We’ll use a combination of piping skills and edible mediums to create dainty; holiday gingerbread cake houses that the whole family will love! Each cake artist will take home a beautifully decorated layer cake.

Have you always wanted to know how to make a beautiful layer cake? Have you experienced cake “fails?” Maybe you’re a baker, but don’t know where to start with decorating? This class is for YOU! This 90-minute virtual class will walk you through how to decorate and finish a beautiful birthday layer cake from start to finish. The best part?? The cost of this class includes THREE of my signature recipes for you to create at home. You can choose to decorate along with us live in class, or just observe and replay the class recording when you’re ready to get in the kitchen!
Vintage Valentine Cake Decorating Class
February 6, 7pm, Montclair, NJ
Come join us at Oh! Canary in Montclair as we guide you through assembling and decorating an elegant lambeth-style heart cake. This trendy style of cake design will teach you the basics of buttercream piping and how to create layers of texture for beautiful cake fit for romance season. I’ll be sharing my tips & tricks for color mixing and creating cakes with sharp edges and delicious fillings. At the end of this workshop, you'll take home your own elegantly decorated layer cake to share and enjoy!
