My classes are fun, informative and always delicious!
No equipment is necessary - I provide all tools. Classes are for ages 16+ unless otherwise noted in the class description. Attending students are not permitted to bring additional guests unless they have purchased a ticket.
Palette Knife Cake Decorating

Ever wanted to paint like the masters, but with a delicious twist?Join us at Craft Club Studio for an immersive decorating experience where we treat buttercream like fine art.
We’ll start with a pristine, blank cake and a painter's palette of vibrant buttercream "paints." You’ll learn professional palette knife techniques—from sweeping background washes to textured, sculptural florals—before letting your own creativity take over.
No experience required! We provide the "canvas," the colors, and the tools.The Best Part: You get to take home a masterpiece that tastes as good as it looks.

Rainbow Cake Decorating
June 4, 7p-9p, South Orange, NJ
Join us at Oh! Canary in South Orange, where we will guide you through assembling and decorating a 6" funfetti cake, featuring a rainbow of colors to celebrate PRIDE.
Forget piping bags, in this class you'll be using a single palette knife to paint your design with buttercream! This trendy style of cake design will teach you the basics of buttercream tempering, palette knife painting and and color theory.
I’ll share my top tips and tricks for color mixing and creating cakes with sharp edges and delicious fillings. At the end of this workshop, you'll take home your own creative masterpiece to share and enjoy!
